As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads or prospects for your company's products or services. Your efforts play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and ultimately increasing revenue.


  • · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities;
  • · Persistence and a results-oriented mindset;
  • · Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools (Jira);
  • · Basic knowledge of the industry and products/services offered;
  • · Time management and organizational skills;
  • · Working in iGaming industry experince;
  • ·Adaptability to changing market conditions and lead generation techniques;
  • Will be a plus: · Sales and marketing knowledge.


  • ·Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as databases, social media, industry-specific websites, and events;
  • · Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via calls, emails, or social media messages to introduce them to company's offerings and gauge their interest;
  • ·Qualification: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority;
  • ·Database Management: Keep detailed records of lead interactions and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information;
  • ·Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representatives or account managers with qualified leads who express a genuine interest in your offerings;
  • ·Follow-up: Continuously engage with leads who are not yet ready to make a purchase, nurturing them until they are sales-ready;
  • ·Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly together with team;
  • ·Reporting: Generate regular reports to track and analyze lead generation performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI;
  • ·Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies;
  • ·Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback from lead interactions to the sales and product development teams to help refine messaging and product offerings.
