  • Audit of an existing technical solution, formation of a plan for optimizing the technical architecture, selection of technologies;
  • Planning and building development processes, tracking the progress of the projects;
  • Ensuring the pace and quality of development at the highest level;
  • Ensuring maximum stability of the product;
  • Formation of a basic security system in the company;
  • Interaction with heads of other departments (CPO, CCO, CMO, etc.);
  • Budgeting departmental costs;
  • Implementation of the entire technical infrastructure that needs for all departments;
  • Interaction with B2B clients on technical aspects of integrations.
