Requierements:

• Work with legal entities from the jurisdictions of Poland, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia;
• 2-3 years of financial experience (in IT, gambling niche preferred);
• Knowledge of IFRS;
• Experience working with banks, audit, tax, and law firms;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Able to manage multiple projects with varying but stringent deadlines;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with various levels of the organization;
• English Intermediate+.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all corporate finance functions and activities including treasury management, financial reporting, and analysis;
• Prepares monthly financial reports (CF/PL/BS) and communicates significant variances on a timely basis, including coordinating adjustments when needed;
• Plan and coordinate the activities related to the annual budget and quarter/yearly planning process;
• Tax planning, calculation, and projection;
• Work with European/international payment systems (EMI), classical banks, and crypto platforms: opening/closing of accounts; support of KYC/DD procedures; proceeding with payment requests and payment of invoices;
• Control of payment of invoices and maintaining accounts receivable report;
• Provides all necessary information to outside accountants and auditors in conjunction with the filing of local tax returns (VAT), coordinates periodic financial statements /audits with outside audit and tax firms as required;
• Responsible for managing the Financial Consolidation software;
• Develop recommendations and implement improvements to internal control processes striving to build a more robust Accounting and Finance department.
